Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Radu Dragusin from Genoa on a six-year deal, a statement by the Premier League said.
The signing of the Romanian international is subject to international clearance and a work permit, Spurs said after unveiling the defender.
English defender Eric Dier has since joined Bayern Munich on loan.
“We are delighted to announce the signing of Radu Drăgușin from Serie A side Genoa, subject to international clearance and a work permit.
“The Romania international has signed a contract with the Club which will run until 2030 and he will wear the number six shirt,” the statement said.
Born in Bucharest, the Romanian capital, he began his career with local sides Sportul Studentesc and Regal Sport Bucuresti before joining Juventus in 2018.
The then 16-year-old, Dragusin advanced through the youth teams playing for the U-23 – who compete in Serie C – at the age of 17 before making his professional and European debut as an 18-year-old as a substitute in Juvetus’ 3-0 UEFA Champions League group stage win over Dynamo Kyiv.
His Serie A debut followed soon after as he made a late cameo appearance against Genoa later that month.
