Football fans have criticized Chelsea manager Antonio Conte for dropping Antonio Rudiger for the game against Southampton after the German defender criticized his tactics.
In his post-match comments the Italian said Rudiger’s omission from the squad was a ‘tactical decision’ but fans did not buy his excuse.
Reacting to a tweet on Chelsea FC account, football fans blasted Conte for never taking criticism on the chin.
Senor Ola wrote in reply to Chelsea tweet. “Glorious day when this Dictatorial Fraud leaves this club. Tactical my arse.”
Fadhli Yunus says Conte should be ashamed of himself for acting like a child. “You know what it is, and you should be ashamed of yourself.”

Another fan, Luke said David Luiz got same treatment. “Just like it’s been a “tactical decision” to not play Luiz all year.”
Ken Tarus echoed Luke. “Tactics. Just like it was for Diego Costa and David Luiz.”

Wolf Gang believes that Chelsea’s stuttering performance this season should be blamed on Conte. “His emotions affect the team, he should quit acting like a child,” he tweeted.

Lucho who says he is a fan of Conte seems to have had enough. “I’ve been on the Conte bandwagon for months but this is poor from him. Can’t take criticism.”
Gabriel Akuru thinks Conte needs help because he can’t handle criticism. “Conte needs some education on emotional intelligence. Dunno why he can’t stand criticism.
Lord Odi spelt it out for Conte. “Lol.. He meant that his omission was because Rudiger questioned his poor tactics.”
MailOnline reported before the game that Rudiger omission has raised some suspicion.
Speaking after the London derby, Rudiger was quoted as saying: “I think in the second half we (could) finish the game (off).
“But like the last few months, we didn’t and we (conceded). For me, it’s not easy to explain. I don’t understand why after 1-0 we always drop and let the opponent get more ball possession.”
Rudiger’s omission raises questions over the defender’s future at Stamford Bridge, particularly while Conte remains in charge.
Conte, earlier this season, infamously froze out David Luiz for questioning his tactics.
The Brazilian played a key role during last season’s title winning campaign, but has made just 10 league appearances for the Conte this season.
