BREAKING: Former Arsenal forward Jose Antonio Reyes dead
Former Arsenal and Real Madrid player Jose Antonio Reyes has died in a car crash, aged 35.
Spanish newspaper Marca report the Reyes was involved in a traffic collison on Saturday morning in his hometown of Utrera, a province of Seville.
Reyes came through the ranks at Sevilla, becoming the youngest player to make a first-team appearance for the club when 16 years old in 2000.
He moved to Arsenal four years later – now a full Spain international – for a deal rising to £17 million.
Reyes went on to make over 100 appearances for the club and scoring 23 goals, winning the Premier League and FA Cup during a two-year spell.

His final appearance for the Gunners was the Champions League final loss to Barcelona in 2006 before moving to Real Madrid on loan, where he won La Liga.
Reyes won the Europa Leage, previously known at the Uefa Cup, five times, twice with Atletico Madrid before returning to Sevilla for three back-to-back triumphs.
