Money giveaway is like paying to have fans – DJ Cuppy

DJ Cuppy bags third Master’s degree from Oxford university 

Celebrity disk jockey and singer, DJ Cuppy, has said that she does not give cash gifts to her fans because she feels it is a way of paying people to be your fans.

Cuppy, daughter of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, said this in a tweet on Monday.

“To all my Cupcakes that complain I don’t do money giveaways, I hear you… BUT I’ve always felt like that was essentially paying people to be your fans?” she wrote.

Typical of modern-day disk jockeys, Cuppy also has several hit songs in her name such as ‘Abena’, ‘Gelato’ and others.

The singer had at one time being rumoured to be in a romantic relationship with Nigerian-born British boxer, Anthony Joshua.

The 26-year-old, however, denied the rumours. Nigeria News
