PEPT Judgement: Charlie Boy calls on "Obidients" to occupy Abuja

Charly Boy, a renowned veteran singer from Nigeria, has criticized President Muhammadu Buhari for pleading with Nigerians for forgiveness after “deliberately mismanaging” the nation for eight years.

In his Eid-el-Fitr address, the President pleaded with Nigerians to pardon him for whatever wrongs he may have caused them, stating, “All those that I have hurt, I ask that they pardon me.”

Charly Boy responded via a video statement posted to his Twitter account, saying that he does not accept the president’s apologies.

He charged that throughout the previous eight years, the President and his party had “intentionally” mismanaged Nigeria.

He said, “Dear, General Buhari, apology not accepted! At least, by me.

“Abeg abeg, stop forming. The power that you hungered for, at you, don test ham na; the second time. And this is your second coming wad to perfect what you failed to complete on your first. Are you happy now?

“Many will agree with the fact that Nigeria in the last eight years has been intentionally and deliberately mismanaged under your watch and the APC cabals with impunity and intensity.”
