Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has ordered the immediate suspension of all activities of Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria, RTEAN, in the State. This was made known in a statement, signed by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Transportation, Sola Giwa, this evening. An Ogun State Customary Court in Ake, Abeokuta, has dissolved the 13-year marriage of Ibrahim Idris and his wife, Shakirat. The marriage was dissolved over an alleged threat to life. The husband, who lives in Adigbe, Abeokuta, had approached the court, alleging that his wife and her family members were threatening him whenever he had minor disagreements with her. The results of the 2022 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations have been made public by the National Examinations Council (NECO). NECO Registrar Prof. Dantani Wushishi said the council banned 29 supervisors for their suspected involvement in various malpractice offences when he announced the results on Thursday in Minna, Niger State.
