The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 387 confirmed new coronavirus cases in the country on Friday.
The 387 cases announced by the Centre for Disease Control takes the total number of confirmed cases to 9302.
The NCDC also announced the discharge of 105 patients from isolation centers across the country with two new deaths reported.
Lagos state, the epicentre of the virus in Nigeria topped the number of confirmed cases with 254 new cases taking the total number of confirmed cases in Lagos alone to 4377.
The Federal Capital Territory reported 29 new cases while Jigawa reported 24 and Edo state 22 cases.
Other states are Oyo-15, Rivers-14, Kaduna-11, Borno-6, Kano-3, Plateau-2, Yobe-2, Gombe-2, Bauchi-2 and Ondo-1.
NCDC reports that there are 9302 cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria with 2697 discharged and 261 deaths.
