Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. has won the 2024 Best Men’s Player award at the Globe Soccer Awards.
The Brazilian forward also won the Best Forward accolade, marking the culmination of an impressive year.
The award comes after the UEFA Champions League winner won the FIFA Best Men’s Player of the Year title on Tuesday at an event in Doha, Qatar.
Vinicius, 24, finished second in the Ballon d’Or, with Real opting out of the ceremony after they learnt ahead of time that Manchester City midfielder Rodri would win the trophy.
Jude Bellingham, another spectacular player, won both the Best Midfielder and the Maradona Awards, firmly placing himself among football’s elite.
The event also honoured Neymar Jr. with the Player Career Award, which recognises his outstanding achievements in the sport.
