Serie A side Roma appears to be modelling their next season’s jersey after the widely accepted jersey of the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Unveiling a number of designs on its Twitter account, the club tweeted, “After Nigeria’s new Nike kit was overwhelmingly voted the best shirt at the World Cup by Roma fans, we asked @Forza27_RS to curate the best concept kits that mix classic Roma style with the fresh look of the Super Eagles.”
Super Eagles kit designer Nike received over three million pre-orders for the Nigerian jersey. The shirts were also sold out within minutes of its release at Oxford Street in London.

On its website, Roma said it wanted the best concept kits that combine the classic style of the Giallorossi shirt with the fresh new look of the Super Eagles.
