Former Barcelona forward, Neymar Jr, has described as ”incredible,” a potential reunion with former teamates Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez at Inter Miami.
Speaking in an interview with CNN on Tuesday, the Brazilian International stated that, “The reunion with Messi and Suarez would be incredible!”
He added that it will be ”interesting to revive” the MSN trio, which dominated club football during their stay in Barcelona.
The ‘MSN’ trio of Messi, Suarez, and Neymar won a historic treble in 2014-15 and were too much for most teams to handle as they married genius individualism with Barcelona’s trademark passing style of play.
“They are my friends; we still speak to each other. It’d be interesting to revive this trio. I’m happy at Al Hilal, but you never know in football,” the former PSG star stated.
When asked about his interest in representing Brazil at the 2026 World Cup, he said, “Of course I plan to be there! For sure.”
“I will try doing my best to win with Brazil. I want to be there; I trust our team,” he added.
The 32-year-old who has been sidelined at Al Hilal due to injuries also praises the ”superiority” of the Saudi league to the French Ligue 1.
“I agree with Cristiano. Today, I think the Saudi League is above Ligue 1,”
“The level of the Saudi Pro League is increasing, the players are also better”.
“But Ligue 1 has its strengths. It’s a very high level championship. I know it well,” Neymar said.
