Religious and non-religious people have taken to social media for diverse reasons to initiate the New Year’s Day celebration, expressing their wishes and messages with the phrase “God in 2025.”

Some of their reasons were simply belief in divinity for guidance and dependence to navigate the hurdles that come with the New Year, while others were passive statements to celebrate 2025.

Chronicle NG reports reactions that elucidate “God in 2025” in various contexts.

Apeke Olami noted that “Everyone wants to build their relationship with God in 2025. Everyone wants to move closer to God in 2025. But all hotels are booked out. It’s well,” she added.

Coco Michelle explained, “I was challenged to write out 300 things I want (need) from God in 2025… that was not easy, but I did it. God, I’m not (that) needy, but I need you! None of these things are possible without you,” she added.

Nnenna noted, “Welcome to 2025! With God in 2025, this year is filled with hope, purpose, and possibilities. Happy 2025 to everyone stepping into their season of growth and peace. Let’s make it count!

“Some individuals did not begin their journey with God in 2025.” Some crossed over #January2025 on top of man/woman; later they would say they sowed first fruit to their pastor, and it’s not working. Start with God in everything,” Lex Kay highlighted.

“Enough of messing around: make sure you get it right with God in 2025. Take the word of God seriously,” Witness Phoenix stated.

“God in 2025 But you renewed your JuJu last month,” Aspiring tech bro opined.

Tobstarr Adenike said, “I recommend God in 2025; there’s no life outside of Jesus.”.

Nate Whitson, a gospeller, posted, “Want to have a deeper, stronger relationship with God in 2025?”

“Here are four examples to demonstrate the process: Like a vine and a branch—John 15 shows us that God is as near to us and connected to us as a vine is to its branches. Stay connected!

“Like the temple—the temple was where people met with God in the Old Testament. It’s where His presence lived. Today, for Christians, we are the temple because he lives in us!

“Like marriage, intimacy is when someone knows you fully and loves you unconditionally…sacrificially. The picture of marriage shows us how close God is to us and wants to be with you.

“Like a shepherd with his sheep—a shepherd is a picture of devotion. He never leaves us and always guides and protects us. God is devoted to us.

“If you want to be the man God meant for you to be in 2025, you need to walk closely with Him. He is near, present, intimate, & devoted. May you be as well, he added!
