    Two associates elevated to Partnership at Perchstone & Graeys

    Perchstone & Graeys, a commercial law firm with a practice turned to the highest values of leadership, integrity and client service, has elevated two of its senior associates to Partnership amid other key elevations within the firm.

    At a private ceremony held on 1 February 2018, the firm’s management announced that, acting in concert with its external consultants, Shan Consulting Limited, the Board of Partners has approved a new structure for the firm which takes immediate effect.

    The changes include the elevation of Mr Ugochukwu Obi and Miss Elisabet Ekpenyong to the Partnership board.

    The newly minted Partners will to oversee the Firm’s ICT, exotic financing and capital markets desks while assuming greater responsibility for the Firm’s ongoing expansion.

    As part of the firm’s restructuring, it also announced the creation of new management level positions for Mrs Ifedayo Iroche, the present Head of the Firm’s Employment and Company Law Desks.

    She was elevated to occupy the new position of Head of Chambers and Practice Development (Lagos Office).

    Mrs Bukola Oyinlola-Anuwe, the present Head of Chambers (Abuja), also merited an expansion of her position to include responsibility for Practice Development in the Firm’s Abuja Office.

    Mrs Iroche and Mrs Oyinlola-Anuwe will be primarily responsible for the Firm’s practice development in their branch location.

    Other key promotion to various positions within the Firm, were also announced across associate, intermediate senior and senior associate cadres, along with an increase in remuneration across board.

    The firm’s administrative staff also benefited from the wage increase.

    The firm’s management reinforced appreciation of its team’s efforts in building and sustaining a thriving practice.

    The management board pledged continuing commitment to raising the bar in professional excellence, and client service, as an adjunct to the achievement of global standard.
