Police commissioner Ahmadu Abdullahi told journalists that the suspect, Abduljabar Inuwa of Zai area in Dutse, was arrested on Monday.

He explained that the suspect was arrested while in possession of forged complementary cards bearing the name and insignia of the speaker.
