The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 239 confirmed coronavirus cases in the country on Saturday.
The 239 cases announced by the Centre for Disease Control on Friday takes the total number of confirmed cases to 4151.
The NCDC also announced the discharge of 66 patients from isolation centers across the country with 11 additional deaths also reported.
Lagos state, the epicentre of the virus in Nigeria topped the number of confirmed cases with 97 new cases.
Bauchi reported 44 new cases, Kano recorded 29, Katsina had 19 new cases, Borno reported seven while the Federal Capital Territory recorded six.
Others are 6-Kwara, 5-Oyo, 3-Kaduna, 3-Sokoto, 2-Adamawa, 2-Kebbi, 2-Plateau, 2-Ogun and 1-Ekiti.
NCDC report is as follow: “4151 cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria, 745 discharged and 128 deaths.”
