The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja will today deliver judgment in the case instituted by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, challenging the outcome of the February 23, 2019 presidential election.
At about 8.31 am on Wednessday morning heavy security agencies surrounded the venue – at least 20 police officers and three DSS officers sighted.
8.18 am It was gathered that arrangement has been put in place for a live broadcast of the judgment but the faces of the judges will not be shown – cameras will be focussed on the bar and the gallery.

8.10 am: So far only two Senior Advocates of Nigeria have arrived – Chief Charles Edosomwan of the APC’s legal team and Sam Ologunorisa of the INEC’s legal team.
