The remains of a three-year-old girl, Seyi Jebose, who reportedly fell into well while playing in the compound of her home at No 1, Gemini Bus stop, Baruwa, Lagos residence has been recovered, the LASEMA Response Team has disclosed.
According to the LASEMA spokesperson, Nosa Okunbor, the deceased was confirmed dead on arrival at the Solad Hospital, Baruwa in Ipaja area of the state.
Her remains were handed over to her family members and officers of the Nigerian Police Force from Alagolo Police Station, led by Inspector Abumere.
“The fallen child operation conducted by LASEMA with the combined efforts of its collaborators from the Lagos State Fire Service and NPF Alagolo Division, enabled recovery of the girl from the well,”Okunbor added.
