    FBI documents reveal how Abba Kyari worked for Hushpuppi

    More damning evidence have emerged as to how Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari was in bed with Ramon Olorunwa Abbas aka Hushpuppi.

    A court affidavit, obtained by Chronicle NG, reveals how Special Agent Andrew John Innocenti of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was able to identify Hushpuppi and his associates which includes former (Special Anti-Robbery Squad) SARS boss, Abba Kyari.

    According to the FBI Special Agent, Abba Kyari, the most decorated officer in the history of the Nigeria interacted with Ray Hushpuppi between September 8, 2019 and April, 2020.

    He explained in detail how the ‘super cop’ had sent photographs of himself, in his office, with his wife and also an article by the Independent Newspaper where he was awarded many accolades by the House of Representatives.

    The document also reveals that Hushpuppi had saved Kyari’s number with his full name, ‘Abba Kyari’.

    The court document which was filed on February 12, 2021 in the United States District Court in California, reveals in detail how Abba Kyari had interacted with Hushpuppi, met with him in Dubai and made arrests for cybercriminal.

    Prior to Hushpuppi’s arrest, he was on the brink of a securing the proceeds from an elaborate scam which he operated with Vincent Kelly Chibuzo. The duo had set up an elaborate scheme to defraud a Qatari school-owner. They posed as bank officials using several high-tech tools to operate.

    However, Chibuzo renegged on their agreement and contacted the victim directly in order for him to divert the proceeds to himself.

    According to the Special Agent, Hushpuppi asked ‘super cop’ Kyari to arrest Chibuzo, sending him phone numbers and other personal details that could be used to identify him.

    In response, the most decorated officer in the history of the Nigerian Police swung into action. He arrested Chibuzo and sent a picture of Chibuzo to Hushpuppi who confirmed his identity.

    The document also revealed that Kyari met Hushpuppi in Dubai. According to their conversations, Hushpuppi had sent a driver and a car to him during that trip.

    Hushpuppi has pleaded guilty to the charges preferred against him bordering on cybercrime, wire fraud, conspiracy and a host of many other vices which he comitted across several countries including North-Korea.

    Before his arrest, the Dubai-based cybercrimal was known for his lavish lifestyle. He was considered an Instagram celebrity due to the amount of wealth he displayed.

    He was always potrayed with posh cars, designer clothes, expensive trips etc.

    However, his luck ran out when the long arm of the law cam for him and he was arrested along with some of his associates in Dubai.

    The FBI has revealed that underneath all that wealth was a cybercriminal who operated an internationally, defrauding businesses and individuals of millions of dollars.

    He was also alleged to have scammed a Premier League football club in England.

    Nigeria’s most decorated police officer, Abba Kyari has been caught in this web of conspiracy and must either clear his name or face the same fate as the criminals he has put in jail.
