The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) confirmed the deaths of two children, aged seven and nine, in a building collapse.
Chronicle NG reports that the collapsed building was a single-story hotel fence at No. 38 Community Road and No. 25 Alao Street opposite Iyewa Road, Ikorodu.
LASEMA said the hotel fence on community road collapsed on a three-bedroom bungalow in Alao Street, killing the children as a result of the weakened building occasioned by poor drainage.
