Ahead of 2023 general election, the Nigeria Army has announced that it has embarked on mass production of booklets that would guide its officers and personnel on the conducts and rules of engagement governing their participation in elections. Egypt will apply to host the Summer Olympic Games in 2036, the Egyptian youth and sports minister said in a statement on Saturday, a bid that if successful would make it the first Arab or African nation to host the event.
