The outgoing administration of President Donald Trump on Monday issued a new temporary rule that could require tourist and business travelers from two dozen countries, mostly in Africa, to pay a bond of as much as $15,000 to visit the United States. Apple’s head of global security Thomas Moyer has been charged with bribery. He is accused of offering bribes in the form of iPads worth $70,000 in order to obtain concealed firearms licenses.
