Marten de Roon’s injury-time equaliser snatched a draw for Middlesbrough as Manchester City were made to pay for a sloppy second-half performance at Etihad Stadium. Sergio Aguero put City ahead, stabbing in Kevin de Bruyne’s cross for his 150th City goal with their 18th shot of the afternoon. Boro were hugely improved after the break and Alvaro Negredo brought a fine save from Claudio Bravo with an audacious lob from the halfway line. Pep Guardiola’s side looked to have withstood the isolated spells of Boro pressure but De Roon’s header from George Friend’s 91st-minute cross denied them. It was the…
Recession and the lingering unfavourable forex regime has continued to reduced the volume of vehicles imported through the Nigerian ports, the Operations Manager, Ports and Terminal Multiservices Ltd. (PTML), Mr Jack Angrish has said. Angrish said that the unstable and high cost of the US dollar over the local currency did not encourage vehicle trade as many vehicle seats remained empty with vehicle importation dropping by 80 per cent from about 30,000 to just 6,000. Angrish told our correspondent on Saturday in Lagos that “this is time for the vehicle business operators to pool their resources together to facilitate domestic…

A Utah bride and her dad surprised the 400 guests at her wedding reception with an epic, choreographed dance mashup in place of the traditional father-daughter dance. Mikayla Ellison Phillips, 25, and her dad, Nathan Ellison, brought the house down at her Oct. 8 wedding near Provo, Utah. The father-daughter pair performed a nearly four-minute dance mashup that started with a slow dance to “Butterfly Kisses” and quickly morphed into a fast-paced medley featuring songs like M.C. Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This” and NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye.” “I’m the oldest and the only girl so that was my dad’s only…

Horrific footage shows a female self-confessed ‘child-kidnapping witch doctor’ stripped naked and beaten before being sexually assaulted. The distressing clip was filmed in Nigeria and shows an angry mob of men bearing down on the woman, hitting her with wooden sticks and yelling at her. The woman – it is reported – had been caught red-handed trying to lure away young children with promises of ice cream in the south east Nigerian state of Imo. But the brutal mob turned the tables on the alleged child snatcher, who was subjected to a brutal beating as she was paraded naked…

The transgender army private, born Bradley Manning, is serving a 35-year sentence for espionage. She was found guilty in September by prison officials in Leavenworth, Kansas, of “conduct which threatens” after her initial suicide attempt. She was also convicted of having “prohibited property”…

Addressing the crowd, Jay Z explained his support for Mrs Clinton. He said that though he did not have any “ill will” towards Mr Trump, the Republican’s conversation was “divisive”. “That’s not an evolved soul to me, so he cannot be my president. He cannot be our president,”…
