The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday July 1, 2019, asked Justice Danlami Z Senchi of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Jabi, Abuja, to dismiss an application brought by the former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke, seeking an order to vacate a warrant of arrest order issued against him and five others in April, 2019 by the judge. Others are former Minister for Petroleum Resources Dan Etete, Ralph Wetzels, Casula Roberto, Pujjato Stefano and Burrato Sebastiano. EFCC Enugu Zonal Office parade four internet fraudsters

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Enugu Zonal Office has secured five separate convictions that involved Orji Uchenna, Chime Isaiah, Ogbu Obinnna, Dunu Franklyn Tochukwu and Victor Patrick before Justice N.I Buba of Federal High Court, sitting in Enugu, the Enugu State capital on five separate one-count charge, which all bordered on internet fraud. The convicts all pleaded guilty when their separate one-count charge was read to them respectively. Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor have signed Nigeria captain John Mikel Obi on a two-year deal with the option of an additional 12 months. Dave Umahi praises Tinubu’s infrastructure push in Southeast Nigeria
