Vice President Yemi Osinbajo met with an Indian delegation after the Democracy Day celebrations

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, will be representing President Muhammadu Buhari at the 32nd anniversary of the creation of Akwa Ibom on Saturday in Uyo, the state capital. Prof. Osinbajo who is expected to arrive in Uyo on Saturday will commission some projects to commemorate the anniversary and also attend a church service on Sunday to mark the event. The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD), Extension Department, has trained 10 extension workers on ginger production. The gesture, in collaboration with Nasarawa Agricultural Development Programme (NADP), was sequel to stepping the training of 200 farmers in the 13 local government areas of the state. An apprentice at a tailoring shop in Lagos, Adenike Fatai, reportedly committed suicide just three months after her boyfriend identified as Bayo Atanda also killed self. Police has arrested serial killer, Gracious David West, in Rivers state

A suspected serial killer, Gracious David-West, 39, arrested by the police has admitted killing at least seven women in hotels in Lagos, Owerri and Port Harcourt.
