WMA President to speak at 20th Vienna Congress

Dr Osahon Enabulele elected President of the World Medical Association (WMA)

World Medical Association (WMA) president, Dr. Osahon Enabulele will deliver a keynote address at the forthcoming 20th Vienna Congress that will feature leaders from across the world, including Nobel Laureates.

The 20th Vienna Congress will hold in Vienna, the Austrian capital from the 29th and 30th of January.

The first keynote address to be delivered by the WMA President will be focused on “the future of global health” while his 2nd keynote address will focus on “the future of science.”

Dr. Enabulele will also feature on a panel session, alongside three Nobel Laureates to discuss “the future of science and the strategies for scientific excellence.”

Ahead of his participation at the 20th Vienna Congress, the WMA President and other members of the WMA delegation to Vienna (comprising the Chair of Council, Prof. Frank Montgomery, and the Secretary General, Dr. Otmar Kloiber) will be specially hosted by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians at the Vienna Medical Doctors’ Ball on January 28.

The Vienna Congress has over the years attracted the participation of global leaders and key stakeholders in global health, science and economy. It is aimed at advancing the frontiers of global health, science, and economy, as well as promoting global peace and security.

Dr. Enabulele arrived Vienna in the company of his wife, Assoc Prof. Joan Enabulele.
