Gunmen killed Plateau APC publicity secretary, Sylvanus Namang

Hon. Lucky Idoko, a former councilman and All Progressives Congress (APC) youth leader in Enugu State’s Igbo-Eze South local government area, was shot and killed by unknown gunmen.

Idoko, a councillor who represented the Unadu community, is thought to have been killed on Saturday while conducting business in the village on a motorcycle.

Although specifics of his assassination are still hazy, reports claim that Idoko, who also serves as the leader of a vigilante organisation in his neighbourhood, was shot while the person he was carrying on his motorbike at the time of the incident managed to escape unharmed.

A source who spoke under anonymity told correspondents; ”The APC chieftain was going about his business in his hometown in Unadu when the incident happened.
