Man Utd to complete Neves deal, Sevilla reject Chelsea’s £55m for Jules Kounde

Jules Kounde has been a target for Chelsea

Sevilla have no intention of accepting less than 65m euros (£55m) for 23-year-old French defender Jules Kounde, with Chelsea expected to make their opening bid soon. (Fabrizio Romano)
