    Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti state on Wednesday has disclosed that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

    Fayemi who had tested negative from the virus in March although he said he was asymptomatic at the time and was in self isolation.

    In a tweet via his official Twitter account, he said, “I took my third Covid-19 test yesterday and it came back positive,” he tweeted signing the message with his initials, JKF.

    “I’m generally ok and I’m already self isolating at home and receiving the best of care from my medical team.

    “I’m delegating critical tasks to my Deputy but will continue routine duty from home,” he said.
