COVID-19: Lagos discharges 10 foreign national
The Lagos State Government on Friday discharged 42 coronavirus patients including 10 foreign nationals from its isolation centres across the state.
Providing updates, Incident Commander, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu urged residents of the state to adhere strictly to all public advisories given by government.
“Today, 42 COVID-19 patients in Lagos; 17 females and 25 males including 10 foreign nationals were discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society.
Sanwo-Olu added that, “The patients; eight from Gbagada, five from Agidingbi, 15 from Eti-Osa (LandMark); six from Onikan and eight from LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged after full recovery and testing negative to COVID19.”
“Remember, it is now a criminal offence in Lagos State to go out without using a facemask. Let’s continue to adhere strictly to all public advisories given by government for a COVID-19 free Lagos.
Lagos, the epicenter of coronavirus in Nigeria has recorded over 13,000 COVID-19 cases.
